These terms apply when you use BlueBay.
BlueBay provides parking-location information, accessibility observations, community activity, local parking guidance, search, navigation hand-off and parking-time tools. Features and coverage may change as the service develops.
Always check the road. BlueBay does not replace signs, road markings, traffic orders, Blue Badge rules, local authority instructions or the judgement required to park safely and lawfully. Official information at the location takes precedence.
You must submit information in good faith and must not deliberately provide false, abusive, unlawful or misleading information. BlueBay may moderate, reject, merge or remove contributions.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity carried out through it. BlueBay may restrict accounts used to abuse the service or community.
Where a paid subscription is offered, the price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Any free trial and renewal are governed by the relevant app store purchase flow. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the relevant app-store account settings within the period specified by that store. Deleting a BlueBay account does not itself cancel an app-store subscription; subscription management remains available through Apple or Google as applicable.
BlueBay aims to provide useful and accurate information but cannot guarantee that every parking location is available, suitable, unrestricted, accessible or correctly represented at every moment. Community activity is indicative and does not guarantee a space will remain available.
We may update BlueBay and these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required.
